Bubbly Spinach Artichoke Dip
This super easy spinach artichoke dip is a perfectly warm, gooey appetizer busting with flavor. It pairs flawlessly with basically anything you can think of: crackers, chips, chicken (or turkey, obviously), carrot sticks, and celery. It takes almost no time at all and requires just a bit of mixing before throwing it in a pan to melt it all together and make everything merry and bright.
Sometimes I work this into food prep for my family just so they have a quick, veggie-packed, filling snack. It lasts so much longer with them than just plain crackers or carrots due to the full fats in the cheeses and oil. The saturated fats in the cheeses provide good brain health and with this recipe being low in carbohydrates, it is low in sugars. Yay for delicious food that’s easy to make, and good for the brain!
Don’t get off to thinking I can get all of my children to eat such things. I’m actually 1 for 4 on this one, but it will happen someday! My husband and I love it and our oldest will eat it too!
Let me know what you think of it, and what else you’d like to learn to make!
