My name is Jacquelyn and I am a passionate nutritionist who loves sharing delicious recipes designed to nourish and heal the body. I am also a registered nurse of over 12 years and a graduate of Functional Nutrition Alliance school. I am a wife, stepmom of 3 spunky girls, and mama of my own rambunctious boy, and soon-to-be baby girl. I am deeply passionate about nutrition and finding truths in an ever-confusing medical world, and love to teach what I know to any who need it.
I am particularly good at making nutrition understandable to a wide variety of ages and learning styles. I spend a lot of my time improving my family’s health & sharing my experiences. As a nutritionist, my focused approach is to customize information to fit exactly what you and your family need to heal and have more energy. There are so many answers to be found in finding the right foods for your body. I know from personal experience, it is the right foods that brings relief to suffering.
